At the same time, warn taxpayers that when receiving such calls, they should contact the tax authority directly through official channels for support to avoid being taken advantage of by fraudsters.

This agency also recommends that taxpayers, when receiving messages, should carefully check the content and not rush to reply or follow the instructions in the message.

At the same time, to verify the identity and information of the caller as to whether he or she is a tax official or not, taxpayers can verify by calling back the official phone number publicly available on portals/pages. electronic information from the tax authority or contact the tax authority directly through official channels for support, to avoid being taken advantage of by fraudsters.
