NEW POINTS OF LAND LAW (AMENDED)

Accordingly, at the closing session of the session, the National Assembly passed the Land Law (amended) with 432 delegates in favor (accounting for 87.63% of the total number of National Assembly delegates), which shows high unity. of National Assembly deputies.

The adoption of the Land Law (amended) at this session, along with the Housing Law (amended) and the Real Estate Business Law (amended) at the last 6th Session, took effect simultaneously from January 1. The National Assembly’s adoption of the Law on Credit Institutions (amended) at this session with 450 delegates in favor (accounting for 91.28% of the total number of National Assembly delegates) contributes to ensuring the safety, health, transparency, stability and sustainability of the banking system and credit institutions, developed in accordance with socialist-oriented market principles and common international practices and standards, improving competitiveness competition, continuing to promote its role as an important capital channel for the economy.
