This company is headed by Ms. Chu Thi Thanh (born 1960), residing in Vinh city, who holds the position of Chairwoman of the Board of Directors and is also the legal representative of the company. Regarding this company’s tax debt issue, previously on December 20, Nghe An Provincial Tax Department also announced a temporary exit suspension for Ms. Chu Thi Thanh. The reason Ms. Chu Thi Thanh was temporarily delayed from leaving the country is because she is the legal representative of Thien Minh Duc Group, an enterprise that is being forced to execute an administrative decision on tax management that has not fulfilled its obligations. tax payment.
